• We use an authentic Italian VALORIANI oven. These  ovens are designed to keep heat in and blast to 400 degrees and above giving you that crisp exterior with fluffy interior

• We bake our pizzas directly on the oven's stone and not on a metal tray. This allows the base to cook from beneath and above. This also gives the base and toppings the time to mingle with the smoke giving you that unparralled flavour
